Shipping Policy

Grimhold currently ships orders through our fulfillment partners. Orders are usually processed within 2 to 7 business days before they are shipped.

After an order is fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3 to 10 business days
International orders: 7 to 21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, or fulfillment volume.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and the items in the order.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email if tracking is available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Grimhold is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes charged by their country. These fees are not controlled by Grimhold and are not included in the item price unless stated at checkout.
